I have found a better and much easier way to do this. It may work with other media players, but I use MPC-BE (Media Player Classic - BE). It can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpcbe/ 1. Open the BD in MPCE-BE 2. After a few seconds the movie begins to play. In my experience no menus...
