While not explicitly related to MakeMKV, using higher screen resolutions doesn't mean the text or visual detail has to get smaller. I run a 4k display, and the test is exactly the same size as 20 years ago when I was using a 1024x768 monitor. I could make it even bigger if I wanted, however the text...
