Does anyone know the correct playlist?

Seems more and more releases are having this issue, and MakeMKV is no help in specifying the correct playlist like AnyDVD. Hopefully a future version will simply hide incorrect playlists.

We'll need at least Intel Kaby Lake as it has SGX extensions. Older processors will not be able to decode 4K.

All Blu-rays, including 4K are 4:2:0 Chroma. 1080p Blu-ray is 8-bit.

Only 4K is 10-bit (HDR10) and 12-bit (Dolby Vision) through the use of HDR.

Either it's mastered that way or it's a new type of copy protection that's circumvented.

Supergirl S1, and Legends of Tomorrow also does the same thing. They all play 100% correct.

Chapters don't have names on disc, just timecodes. MakeMKV names them Chapter 01, and so on...

Increase retry count in settings and try again. Probably a bad disc.

Give it a year or two... It'll be a while before I had a hard drive large enough for a 4K collection.

Change retry count to 99 under IO in Settings and try again. It may just need a few more attempts at reading to get past a sector.

Possibly an issue with an Atmos stream.

Try setting a higher value for retries when copying. I had to set mine to 50 to successfully copy a scratched disc.

They're mastered that way. Same with DC's Legends of Tomorrow S1 and Vampire Diaries S7.

I didn't run into any issues remuxing it though. MakeMKV corrects the obviously stupid form of copy protection.

Just split them at specific chapters. It's not that difficult. This isn't something that can be fixed. The actual playlist on the BD is one file and it plays specific chapters for episodes.

mkvtoolnix will do the job without any problems.
