I have 3 snapshots to add but the system won't let me add them. They total 110 kb + 186 kb +105 kb = 411 kb. Is there a file size limit? Thank you for your help.

You haven't posted a log yet, but I'm guessing it says something like:

Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.

somewhere along the log. That says it cannot download keys, which will prevent you from accessing anything your system doesn't have they key for yet.

You need to find out why the download is failing. Most likely, your system is blocking resolution of the path to the server, for "security". It's a common thing nowadays.
