You should be able to rip SCARLET STREET on 4K UHD Blu-ray. It was on the last titles I was able to rip. If the download fails I suggest you try using a VPN (preferably outside of the United States).

Sounds like he is talking about sending dumps for new UltraHD discs and having to wait for the keys to be added. The blocking might be happening at your ISP and outside of your control. The only thing that's worked for some people is to use a VPN to 'escape' from their ISP's network. I'm still getting a failure to update. Is anyone else still having this issue? I've allowed the hosts file to be updated, even switched antivirus software, and went entirely without. But nothing works, still..
