Re: Just converted a 3D BD ISO to MKV REMUX but it plays 2D!
In terms of Realtek-based players, (in my view) you have a choice of Mede8er (600X3D/1000X3D)or HDI-Dune (303D/Base3D). Except the Dunes are Sigma-based ;-) .... and you are absolutely correct as usual :) I guess I was rushing to answer before being yanked out to the shops :D by my wife... another ...

And do i just start playing my MVC-3D MKV and it will play as 3D? or do i do some changes on settings either on player or tv? Thanks, just wanna know before i buy. And if this player play M...

Re: 3D MVC Option
Well this format is already being processed successfully by the Meder8er 3D media player's and hopefully soon by the HDI-Dune 3D media player's, so cannot be that "non-standard" :) Perhaps Cyberlink need to talk to the hardware companies - if they can get the hardware 3D chip/firmware to w...

Re: Semi Auto Save Directory Naming
I use the semi auto save directory, is there a way to make MakeMKV to not put the title number after the name of the file? Example This is how my files are currently saved. .../[Movie Name]/[Movie Name]_t00.mkv This is how I want my files saved. .../[Movie Name]/[Movie Name].mkv I normally only rip...

Re: Buying a key for a Beta
[quote="ubentz" But what makes me a bit nervouse is why i shall buy a key for a beta-state software. Or is there a misunderstanding from my side ? z[/quote] To be honest, like many people I have paid for Makemkv because not only does it do what it says (unusual for many software apps :) ),...

Re: Peoblem playing current mkv's on dune H1
Hi, I'm using makemkv for quite a while now, until now without any serious problems. All files made vom dvds or blurays play fine on my dune H1 media player. I'm not sure, if my current problems result from current Version 1.8.x or from the current blurays - so if maybe it is more of an bluray erro...

Re: MakeMKV v1.8x and a problem with Skype on Windows
Thanks for the reply twa, How do you explain this then; the issue goes away when I revert back to MakeMKV 1.79? Coincidence? I think not. .... and if I was in your shoes, I would probably think the same which is why I posted. Unfortunately, I have seen too many strange issues over the issues and of...

Re: MakeMKV v1.8x and a problem with Skype on Windows
So, what could MakeMKV 1.8.x be doing with its new libraries (Visual enhancements) that could be causing these issues? Windows 7 x64 wSP1 MakeMKV 1.8x Skype 6.3.105 Mike? I have the same levels of win7 x64 (with changes up to last Wednesday's updates), Makemkv and Skype ... I experience no issues a...

Re: 3D Newbie - MKV SBS Mode?
This part I understand however want to take the 3D version and save the MKV file as side by side or over and under not MVC. I can then run that through Handbrake, play the mp4 via AppleTV and select the appropriate 3D option (SBS or OAU) to watch in 3D on the TV set Sorry misunderstood - Googling &...

Re: 3D Newbie - MKV SBS Mode?
These options are in MakeMKV? I must be missing them. Could you please explain where to look? OK, once Makemkv has opened the disc, you have a list of Titles, with a little icon and tick box on the left hand side. Click on the little icon to "open" the title information and you will see a...
