Re: How do I play LPCM Audio?
All I can say is that there's no way for me to play those LPCM streams, no matter what I try or how I attempt to convert them, either using lossless or lossy codecs such as FLAC, AAC, etc. I wasn't even able to convert the 5 GB WAV to AAC here. And I could hear the FLAC stream using MPC-HC, but lock...

Bug confirmed when ripping Boogie Nights (1997)
While ripping the decrypted movie (Boogie Nights, 1997, Blu-ray), MakeMKV generated 15 min files from each featurette from this movie (didn't tested with the main movie). Each file had 15 min but ended sooner with different lenghts (2, 3, 4, 8 mins., etc.). I used TSMuxer (demux option for all strea...

Re: Problems with slideshows
Well, since no one came with that idea, I have been thinking today how we may let the original files still available from the BD authoring, minus all the others we are able to convert into Matroska without experiencing problems. I mean, the whole idea is to use the software Total Media Theatre from ...

Re: PIP streams problem
If your question is, "Why can't I have the PIP features in a "movie-only" .MKV or an "Extras-only" .MKV, it's my understanding that (just like active menus and Internet-accessible "special extras"), PIP features are ONLY accessible and controllable from a full dis...

PIP streams problem
Just wanted to let you know this another problem with Blu-rays... and from my explanation you should note that only TSMuxer was actually extracting the first PIP stream. MakeMKV listed the m2ts from the movie twice and didn't make a distinction between a m2ts with two video streams (first from the P...

Re: Problems with slideshows
Do you think we will be able to circumvent this one day? I didn't expected something that couldn't be converted. Perhaps this is a job for the MKVToolnix developer? To insert on this MKV file some instruction to play this MKV file with 2m40s and not 1 second? If there is such thing, of course. You s...

Problems with slideshows
Here's my description of the problem. Maybe this is something that needs to be corrected in future versions of MakeMKV? BTW, the title tested was The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938) - Blu-ray. I noticed that while AnyDVD, MakeMKV, TsMuxer and etc. can work with the movie and all featurettes from Blu...

Re: AnyDVD enabled
I see what you mean... I had a movie decrypted here tested and MakeMKV crashed twice after that warning, that was not given in another case. At first I thought AnyDVD was somehow activated without my knowledge, but what this warning really indicates is what you explained to me. Still don't know what...

AnyDVD enabled
MakeMKV reported that AnyDVD is enabled and errors may follow, but it was not enabled since I restarted my computer.
How do I end the AnyDVD process in that list to avoid seeing this warning?

Re: Problem creating MKVs from Zorro
This is a further indication of a dirty or physically damaged disc, as already stated by "mike admin". Players can often successfully playback a problematic disc because of builtin error compensation abilities - but PERFECT source material is required for copying. Try cleaning the disc an...

Re: Problem creating MKVs from Zorro
Assuming the VOBs were not decrypted properly, is there a way to fix them? I mean, if you can watch all VOB contents without any indication there's a problem, if you can't rip them to MKV then there must be something else that we can do? Maybe using another software to force those VOBs to be fixed? ...

Problem creating MKVs from Zorro
I already decrypted once more the first disc (haven't tested others), but nothing changed. Original disc is R0. At least 2-3 or all 7 episodes from disc 1 can't be saved as MKV. Reproducing this disc on MPC or any other player doesn't show me any problem, so this is only happening when I try to use ...

Re: This application is too old....
After trying at least 20-30 times I was able to open the "registration code" window. But required me to quickly push alt + key to the left and ENTER to select the last option. While the message was still there, it wasn't possible for me to insert the actual key, and after pushing Enter the...

Re: Multiple video angles question (Star Trek: TOS)
Hi! there's no sign of the subtitles embedded on any of the MKV files generated. The subs are there. Read the following thread: http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=808 I did what was said in that thread and it worked, but are all those steps really necessary? Can we expect in the ...
