Re: Libredrive version v6
Now you ASUS owners have a tough decision to make. :P Because if you flash the NS60 MK firmware to your drive, you no longer are impacted by the sleep bug and UHD ripping should work at rip lock speeds. Decisions decisions because you do lose UHD friendly compatibility with other software, but, the...

Re: Libredrive version v6
Just did a test on my ASUS-BW-16D1HT-3.10 with a bluray and it ripped in 12 minutes! Looks good reached over 8x and I don't recall over ~3.4x previously, but I could have a bad memory. LibreDrive Information Status: Enabled Drive platform: MT1959 Firmware type: Patched (microcode access re-enabled) ...

Re: Toy Story 4
I had the same issue with a copy from Best Buy, after cleaning it I could still see some lines that looked to be a little less than an inch and curved with the data in 2 places. A replacement disc did not show the issues and worked well.

Re: Heads up - Support for LG UHD drives
what drives/firmwares are supported with this LibreDrive mode? The detailed list will be posted soon. About 200 firmware versions total, about 2/3 in supported state. MakeMKV now displays detailed information for the drive on the main screen, look for the LibreDrive information on the right pane. I...

Re: 100% Firmware Downgrade for ASUS BW-16D1HT and LG BH16NS55
This process works great if you have a PC that will work with Dosflash, but I see in the thread Mike mentions a new program that would come out to make it even easier. Is there any update on that? It seems like many month's ago and I'm curious if there were issues or if it's not coming out etc. Also...

Re: UHD support
Just out of curiosity, would it be possible for MakeMKV to automatically download the latest hashed_keys if it has internet access, or is there some technicality I'm missing?

Re: Converting UHD Friendly drive into UHD Real and vicevers
I see your list of supported drives and was wondering if it's exhaustive, or just what you have been able to test works. For example, what about WH14NS40? It's been reported as good if it has ns50 svc code. Also, is the difference with the svc code beyond something that can be flashed?

"device manager" should let you click the drive and get to its properties like the win 7 path listed above. push start, and type the name it will search and find that, then click and find your drive.

Re: MMKV, Dolby Atmos and Plex
Most likely it's plex, you may want to check if it's doing "Direct Play" or if it's transcoding. You can check the info overlay on the device, or from the server look at the now playing to see. I'd take a look on the plex forum to see if others have Atmos working, I don't have a receiver t...
