Besides, the problem with "Update your player" happened to me in the past as well, when trying to open such a ripped BluRay with VLC Player. So it's not just official players showing that problem.

Looks like after a long period of time i was able to rip the disk with dvd decrypter by ignoring the errors. how do i get the episode im having trouble with out of the files is has taken off the disk?
