I had the same problem sent my dump as well. But to the OP -- you're supposed to email the dumps to svq@makemkv.com.

I haven't ripped this disc but I have had a couple infuriating UHD rips of my own, so here's what I've found... 1. Examine the disc closely. I had one disc in particular that looked to have very fine scratches that appeared to be under the outer layer of the disc. Could not rip past a certain point ...
