I've used mkvmerge to do this before.

Make sure the streams are exactly the same in both MKVs (languages, etc.) and rename the chapters in the second part so they follow on from the first. Then in mkvmerge Add the first part and Append the second, and then remux.

Did anyone ever find a solution to this particular disc issue? I've just encountered it today using 1.6.14 and get the failed error right at the end from the original DVD and from ISOs created by two different applications. I tried using the debug option and, after 10 hours, found MakeMKV pegging a ...

2) It were possible to name titles and streams. I'd like an option, even if nothing else, to place the language name in the streams so when I'm looking for an audio track I don't have to go through a list consisting exclusively of items named 3+2.1 and could choose English, Spanish, Italian, etc. 3...

Every one of the dozen or so BluRays I've ripped so far to test has begun Chapter 00 whereas every DVD has correctly begun Chapter 01.

I'd really like this fixed as it's a pain to have to edit every single chapter name after ripping.

Yes, me too.

This is a showstopper for me since nearly 50% of my BluRays have LPCM tracks and I don't want to have to manually hack the files afterwards.
