What do you see if you run "ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so*"? I tried a build on an old Linux Mint laptop I upgraded to Mint 21.1, and it went completely normally.

It would seem whatever package libQt5Core.so is in, you haven't installed it. If you run "dpkg -l | grep qtbase5", what does it say? I've not upgraded to Mint 21 yet, so I don't know what to expect.

I dumped mine out some time ago (when I received it, right about the time it was released), and it worked just fine for me. Your WH16NS60 might be starting to get picky about discs - mine did that before it stopped reading all discs (I now have 2 BU40N drives, which work fine).

Probably can't open the /dev/sg device node. Make sure the user you're running it as has access to the group that the /dev/sg node is assigned to (possibly group "cdrom"? that's what my Linux Mint desktop uses).

MakeMKV doesn't modify the video content. Have you tried playing the discs in a normal UltraHD Blu-ray Disc player? I can pretty much guarantee that it'll look identical.

What is the actual error it's giving you?
