... me I had to email their support email address with the order ID and such and within 20 minutes of chat and the email they were able to send me my license key.

Thanks, I had to resort to contacting Paypro Global and they sent me a key within minutes.

Same here. The email containing the license key arrived before the emailed payment confirmation. Instantaneous

Assuming your payment went through without any issue, you should be able to get your license from the payment processor's customer site here. Use the same email address that you purchased it with.

After using MakeMKV for 2+ years and ripping 500+ disks/bluerays I finally bought a license. I was pretty panicked because I see like 3 posts every month about someone placing their order & not getting a key... but I'm happy to report mine came in within a few minutes. I'll count myself lucky

I paid for it over a week ago no email with license. I emailed support no reply. I will give it a little bit more time before I do a chargeback.

I think MakeMKV is a one person operation, so it is up to Mike to deal with your license key request via email. That said, your original license key should've been emailed to you. Most email services keep all your email on their server so unless you've lost access ...
