Same issue here. Paypro and MKV need to figure this out or I imagine there will be alot of charge disputes.

Within minutes of placing your order, you should have received an email with the license. Have you checked your "junk" folder?

If it isn't there, you will need to contact the program's author, via support@makemkv.com , to get him to look up your license and send it to you again.
