I've got a similar issue with the 4K Aliens disc, with the same apparent manufacturing defect. Title 0 fails to rip, and I tried it with both the Asus BW-16D1HT and LG BH16NS55 drives.

Given the number of reports, it looks like there's a systemic issue with some batches of multiple titles.

It defaults to Windows 11 and only shows the egreen utility. You have to switch to Windows 10. Then the flasher appears for download. It's what I already wrote above.

Only the e-green utility is available on the support page hence i asked for the link.

Odd, couldn't rip either my Aliens or Abyss UHD disks... (ASUS 16D1HT)

... the 4K disc yet? Just as a data point, mine ripped fine on an Asus BW-16D1HT. I didn't have the key file, so when I did my full disc backup I unchecked decrypt video ...

You can't. Even ASUS has only 3.10 on its flasher.
