Requiem for a Dream UHD - Errors
First UHD disc I've seen with an enormous amount of multiple titles (216 for the 4K titles). Non-4K titles write fine, the rest give the same errors below. Tried this disc on 4 different drives (2 WH16NS60s and 2 WH16NS40s: all on MK 1.03) Will probably chalk this up to a bad disc... Error 'Scsi err...

Re: The Shining (1980) - Cannot Be Decrypted
Backup is succeeding for me now. Thanks mike! It's still giving me this: MakeMKV v1.14.5 win(x64-release) started Using direct disc access mode Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=DA23CAE0BD2F) Downloading latest HK to D:/MakeMKV ... Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed. Saved AACS dump file as...

Re: Progress on AACS 2.1?
And now you can "Stand By Me" to that list. DeUHD says it's supported, but every time I use the trial, it says "wait 1 business day, and we'll have this ready" And almost two weeks later, and no word.

Perfect, thanks Mike!mike admin wrote: ↑Mon Jun 10, 2019 3:58 pmThis is not the question you've asked, but the answer may fit - enable "ask for single drive mode" in preferences.

Label drive source name
It would be helpful if you could map the source drop-down label, to a custom name for quickly identifying a drive. On Windows 10, MakeMKV pulls the name from the "Bus reported device description" of the device properties. https://i.imgur.com/zMvqNry.png Drives can be custom named via the r...

WH14NS40 drives no longer reading UHD discs?
I'm not sure what happened, but last night as I was making backups of some UHDs both drives (LG WH14NS40) no longer recognize UHD discs, but in a very odd way. If I insert a normal 1080p Blu-ray, the drive spins up and recognizes it. If it's a UHD disc, once the tray closes, you hear the drive (eith...

Re: Heads up - Support for LG UHD drives
Today the support for "official UHD" drives was finally enabled (not as smooth as it was hoped). As of today most "official" drives are supported, EXCEPT ones with latest firmware. If you have an "UHD official" drive, you should get one of two messages: Code 03DF - you...

Re: Heads up - Support for LG UHD drives
I think Mike made some big investments in LG during the holidays and preyed upon our craving for this feature. We purchased a ton of LG drives, Mike profits and never has to write a line of code again...

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Where am I going wrong? I'm creating the ISO by way of MakeMKV's backup of the disc to the file system, then using imgburn to create the ISO. Is this the correct method, or does the ISO need to be created with say, DVDFab's UHD Copy? Or is the backup not decrypted, thus the error from ts muxer below...
