I'm still getting this with all the Bond movies I've tried, EL analysis shoots up to 100% right away, and BL stays at 0. Any idea what's going on here?

what movies have you tried? I can maybe give it a try later tonight if I have it in my library I tried Joker, Doctor Sleep, First Man, and Spectre. yep, I think Doctor Sleep EL is not processed. PM'd one of the guys at Nvidia forums asking about what profiles the 2019 Shield supports and here was the answer.

We support profile 4 MEL (minimum enhancement layer). Also single layer profiles 5,8.9.

So what does all this mean exactly :lol: Are we going to be able to make DV files in Makemkv and convert them to .TS? Yes, in the next version. But, hopefully, even with current MKV samples we will be able to bug and poke firmware and playback software authors, so they add support for MKV container...

I converted the mkv files you posted to ts with tsMuxer, and they both playback correctly triggering Dolby Vision on the 2019 Shield. Besides the focus (kidding) looks pretty identical to me

All in all it worked, and to my eyes looked great. If you are not comparing screenshots all day you would never know if any colors were off to the normal DL Disc. All in all I think a success, and I'm happy so far. More watching and testing to be done. Well, we know it looks the same as Netflix's D...
