Correct. Kodi should be perfectly capable of downscaling video (most everything is, though some do better jobs than others).

Unfortunately this is caused by a feature of the AACS system. Newer AACS versions blacklist known compromised keys from earlier AACS versions (IIRC, at the firmware level); you have 3 workarounds: - use another BD drive and make sure to only insert discs with AACS v52 or earlier (they'll blacklist k...

Just a guess but it looks like it may be logging a signed number incorrectly, the gap is probably minus a few milliseconds.

FFmpeg bug would be my guess. Can't be bothered to test it, TBH.
