Re: 3D MVC Option
So does anyone have any contact with the Stereoscopic guys? I'd just like to know if they are working on 2 things; Chapter support for MKV and identifying force sub tags in the metadata so I don't have to turn it on myself. Those 2 things are the last I feel should be included in any media player bu...

Re: Dolby Atmos
Does that get flagged in the metadata of the MKV though so a player can recognize it and designate the Atmos track vs a regular TrueHD track (I'm tlaking about XBMC/KODI specifically). Is there something already in the Metadata or is there something that can be edited with a header editor? Also, I r...

Re: Dolby Atmos
Sweet, so now we can rip the TrueHD track with Atmos embedded. Now just to wait till the codecs support playback of both.
Question though, is there anything in the metadata that signifies the track is Atmos and not just a regular TrueHD track?

Re: Dolby Atmos
My buddy has a fancy new home theater system with a HTPC running XBMC and Cinema Experience. Using a blu-ray player makes putting on a movie just like putting on a movie. Running CE makes it an event and not being able to use the TrueHD track let alone the Atmos is a huge difference. And as I type t...

Re: 3D MVC Option
So any actual new news on the player front? Stereoscopic still really the only software player to work? Nothing coming from PDVD or TMT (likely with Cinavea)? What about just the standard codecs? Been away from things for awhile and still tough to find this info.

Latest version fails to rip anything with LPMC Audio
As the title says, anything with LPCM selected automatically fails with the latest version. This has happened on 3 different discs so far. Disappointing

Re: 3D MVC Option
To say MVC 3D support isn't in the pipeline for XBM is false. XBMC uses FFmpeg decoding for media playback, so it's up to those guys to get MVC decoding going. Once it is the XBMC guys will integrate it. Last I read it is being worked on but isn't the highest priority. But as more and more people ge...

Re: 3D MVC Option
Stumbled upon this thread. http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7984&p=34248#p34248 Figured out the player controls shortcuts. Also got ffdshow configured to output HD audio and messed with the delay to get things close to lined up for now. But the issue I'm having is flickering...

Re: MVC 3D - Stereoscopic Player 2.2.7 released
Why didn't you post this in the 3D thread that was only 3 from the top when you created this thread? I would never have found it if I hadn't been googling for MVC information. I downloaded the latest beta (2.2.8) and got it running, though not yet on a 3D display. Where do you find information on pl...

Re: 3D MVC Option
All of which can be eliminated in ripping an ISO with just the main movie. Instead you are ripping a MKV, then converting it to ISO. DVDFab will rip just the main movie without any of the extras you listed.

Re: 3D MVC Option

Did you try it with the trial or purchase the full version to demand your refund?
