Re:
Whoops this is an ancient thread. I can confirm Cinavia is enforced during BDMV folder playback through the Oppo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Ancient thread is fine, Cinavia is here to stay and if you have something to add, by all means do so. Doesn't the Oppo still not enforce Cinavia i...

Re: How to Contact Paramount - Paramount does NOT Reply to Emails
I tried multiple times to email them about a missing digital code in a UHD, they never replied.
Good luck. Your only recourse might be the gray/black market.

Re: Need Help: Blu-Ray Distortion / Grey-Out / Rainbow Pixels
I like K-Lite Codec Pack, from free-codecs.com but a lot of people are happy with Kodi or VLC as they will play many files without codec packs. There is a version of Media Player Classic (MPC) that also doesn't require the download of a codec pack.

Disney did NOT announce this movie (or the 2020) one, retailers leaked it last week and were forced to remove the date. Now it's out on Nov 10th.

Re: Midway
Considering that it doesn't appear that anyone has volunteered to send the information Mike would need to fix it, it will probably continue to not choose correctly. This thread alone has user submissions, which should help some way. Is there a digital signature users could send, along with what the...

Legenista, did you make sure to email support @ mkv.com as well? You piggy backed an older thread so this might get lost.

I am still awaiting delivery. Found it cheaper on Deep Discount. Did not really care for the look of the Best Buy set this go round.

Re: CSI Bluray
Thanks for the reply Krawk. I followed your lead and made a backup of the disc and performed a stream dump creating an mts data file. It still glitched early in the video at the point of the issue. I still would have liked a check box to ignore the corrupt area and just grab the data that's there. ...

Re: Midway
Here we are, November 3 2020 and MakeMKV is still referencing the incorrect play list.
Is this something that gets fixed eventually? I hate to think I could assume by this date that sticking in the disc would yield a proper rip.

Re: Feature request: Preference setting for defaulting to opening disc
I would love a default behavior to unselect all subtitle tracks. Even in the native language, it sometimes involves 20 clicks or more to turn off all the tracks!

I still get that there are people out there evaluating the software. But the asking price for a permanent key is about as reasonable as it gets.
As pointed out in several replies though, the original question is frequently asked.

There are a lot of "favorite cleaners" out there. I used to use Pledge furniture polish for DVDs, because it was water-based, cleaned fingerprints well, and the wax component would fill small scratches. Lately, though, I use what is essentially eyeglass lens cleaner, formulated to not lea...

1.15.3 unintended fix - thank you
Of the multiple rips I have performed with 1.15.3 on my Pioneer BDR-208 drive, I would like to say thank you Mike for an unintended fix. I no longer have to randomly fight to get the Pioneer drive to read faster than 2X speed. Before, it was entirely random. If I saw it wasn't going to go faster, I ...
