What, exactly, is "confusing" about using AnyDVD WITH MakeMKV? AnyDVD is a real time decryption program. Meaning, you decrypt it real time with AnyDVD, open MakeMKV, and WOA, it's not protected so MakeMKV works. The amount of nonsense I've read on this forum lately is staggering.

I've gotten it to before. Then again I own anydvd so there was really no need to do so other than my own curiosity. But yes it works for me.

Rename it KEYDB.cfg. Case appears to matter for some reason.

Without device keys that are not revoked, it doesn't work. While what they did is amazing, it boils down to retrieving all the keys and host certs from powerdvd which just removed UHD support a couple weeks ago. That suggests LibreDrive was not active when you made the image. Given that it's likely bus encrypted, the image is useless. You CAN NOT eject the disc or reset the drive in any way once MakeMKV has been opened *TO THE TITLE SELECTION SCREEN*. Not just "open MakeMKV" as that doesn't do any...
