Re: What do the three boxes for "Preference" of "Integration" do in MakeMKV?
I installed the latest version of MakeMKV. And I am using a newer reinstalled version of VLC. When I look at the MakeMKV "Preference" called "Integration" I saw three boxes that could potentially be checked. I don't remember these boxes being there in the past when I used MakeMK...

Re: LG BH16NS55, Pioneer BDR-XD05, Pioneer BDR-207D libredrives?
Newbie question: I intend to backup my DVD + BluRay collections as mkv files using MakeMkv + Handbrake to my NAS. I currently have following 3 blu ray drives: 1) internal Pioneer BDR-207D(BK) fw v1.60 in USB 3 external case, which MakeMkv shows as maybe not possible as libredrive. Regioncode is set...

Re: LG BP50NB40 dead after 5 months
Any advice on reviving an LG BP50NB40 that is no longer recognized when plugged in to USB? I've tried multiple PCs, multiple USB cables, same result - nothing shows up on the PC. The drive powers up and will eject, but the PC has zero acknowledgement that anything is plugged in, not even an "u...

Re: Pioneer/Verbatim 43888 Firmware?
Hey all, Just got my first drive in the mail today. The specs in MakeMKV indicate that the firmware should be okay but I'm not able to rip 4K and I'm also not getting any audio in my blu-ray rips. I'm super new to this. I've tried to glean all I could from the forums but I'm not quite grasping what...

Re: Blu-ray Drive Questions & Recommendations
Burning BD discs is so much yesterday. First - burning discs is much more expensive than playing from hard dsik. Second - disc quality especially for discs >=50 GB has gone south. Third: Only one player can play all three layers of a BD-R, only a few 2 of them (<= 66GB). So don't burn and the cross...

If you can I recommend you return it if you want UHD and a pioneer best to get from a seller in your region Asmcom seller in this forum said that this drive is compatible with makemkv. Re: The volume key is unknown for all discs
I am trying to decrypt a small collection of blu-ray ISOs I ripped using a PS3, but I have been unable to open any of them using MakeMKV. I have already sent the AACS dumps and associated log output to svq@makemkv.com. Could this be a problem with my setup or should I expect to be unable to decrypt...
