Buying license

Hello.
I'm thinking about buying a license, but the PC it will be used on is totaly offline, and will never be connected to internet.
Is it an issue for license activation ?

No. You plug the license in using Help->Register, then the program knows it is registered.
Not connected to internet means that it won't be able to check for updated versions or receive SVQ files, so there may be some content you can't rip properly until those things are updated (you'll be told when you try ripping), but being off-line is not a hindrance otherwise.
