when a bluray has many movie angles....how to make the mkv?

Each "angle" is a separate title; to make it into a single MKV file won't work so well. Generally, they're different language sets.
MakeMKV will offer to save each angle as its own MKV file, but it will not select all of them. You will have to do that manually.

What if the different angles were the same languages? What differences would we talk about?

Can be anything. Director's Cut, Credits in foreign languages, audio oder subtitles tracks .....

I have Ray Harryhausen discs where angle switches between the b&w and colorized versions.
On the 1960s Star Trek tv series, angle switches between the original and the updated effects versions.

But it is very rare that the 8 angles have the same size, same languages and all the same, up to the duration ...

Please post the MPLS stream segments of the 8 angels. Or check if they are the same, if yes, then the video is the same for all. If no, thre are some differences in the videos. To find it out, make a decrypted backup, go to the backup in the STREAM folder and view the different stream elements for the MPLS (Element = xxxxx.m2ts).

Not helpfull at all.
You must click on each title and you see in the right windows of MakeMKV the MPLS (Playlist) Segment map 1,3,4,5,6,7,8 and so on.

if they change between angles, but then there are 7 versions of the same movie each of 22 gb? because the languages are the same and cannot be extra because the duration is the same, I will open the bluray to see if there are different angles.

I don't see any possibility of different angles when viewing the bluray, I don't know what difference it opens ...
