When i scan the file from https://www.makemkv.com/download/Setup_ ... 1.14.5.exe it is clean but when i download it and uppload it to virustotal Jiangmin find Trojan.Generic.bqsr

Does it report the same SHA256 signature for both?
Virustotal is not 100% accurate; few scanners even approach that. It also runs different tests based on whether your upload or provide a URL (not all providers accept URLs). However, it is a good first step.
I assume you have a particular virus program vendor that you trust. Almost all vendors have a way of submitting a file for a "final check" that is more current than their published signature files. Before installing, submit the file to that vendor's site for review, and make sure the SHA256 signature matches what is published on this site. Then it comes down to whether you trust the Jiangmin detection more than your antivirus vendor
My copy matches the SHA256 hash, and an up-to-date AVG Business scan says it is clean. At least 70 others say it's clean, as well.
