I want a mkv in h264, no vc1.

Some time ago I made a rip of BD and leave them in h264 but I think the new version vc1 the left, or am I wrong?

The issue is that my "tv lg Infinia" vc1 not play. and I want makemkv create the mkv in h264, is this possible?

No, MakeMKV does nothing to alter the format of the videostream...

Ok, thanks... you know a tool for convert easy and fast this mkv in vc1 to h264?

Sorry if I didn't make it clear but since the disk is vc1 and your tv doesn't support vc1 then you can either:
1) reencode with handbrake or similar ffmpeg/x264 gui
Or
2) buy a new playback device that supports vc1

those are your options, besides that there is nothing you can do. You can make a very good quality encode with handbrake.

I use "Staxrip" to convert VC1 to high quality h264 MKV's

No such thing as 'lossless copy 1:1' when dealing with data already encoded in a lossy format.

VC1 is a lossy compression.
H264 is a lossy compression.

To go from lossy to lossy, you must de-compress/re-compress the video, and you will lose video quality in the process. No different than going from MP3 to MP3 or JPEG to JPEG. If the quality is real good to start with, and the quality of the re-encode is also very good then there may be no noticeable loss of quality.
