Playlists not loading on Windows 11 (MacOS working)

Hi everyone. There is a specific UHD image that when loaded n MakeMKV on Windows 11 doesn't show any playlists (it doesn't appear to load any mpls files) and instead shows just dozens of small individual tracks. I thought it was something to do with the disc/image, but when I load this on MacOS it works fine. Does anyone have any idea why this would be? FYI on MacOS I notice that it views the decrypted disc as an AVCHD collection while on Windows I see (and load) the index.bdmv file.
