Anyone know of a definitive listing of settings that can be set within the settings.conf. I'm simply looking to set some reasonable defaults as to what languages are utilized for subtitles, what audio tracks to pull by default, etc.

Not familiar with that file...
Have you looked at the selection rule strings you can put in profiles?

Hmmm - will changes to the selection rule in the GUI be picked up by makemkvcon?

I'm not sure.
The Windows version of MakeMKV doesn't have "settings.conf" to look at.
There is a lot about the command line version that is not documented.
