Support for Windows on ARM

Post by themadhatter0 »

Hey there,
I'm not sure where this topic should best go (there are topics for Linux and macOS, but not Windows), but I'm curious if support for Windows on ARM (e.g. the Qualcomm 8cx gen3 chip in the Lenovo x13s laptop and the Windows dev kit) is on the radar.

I understand that Windows 10 and 11 have a compatibility layer for x84/64 bit apps, but performance and battery life would be better if you run an application build natively for the arm platform.

Thanks.
