Deselecting Titles without Audio

Post by Q-the-STORM »

When using MakeMKV, I always rip extras from movies and TV Shows... so usually I need to select all titles of a BD/DVD.... but some BD/DVDs have a lot of titles that don't have any audio, which is mostly menus etc so I don't need them...

is there a way to auto deselect titles that don't have any audio?

What are you using as a minimum length to rip? I have 30 seconds set, and I only occasionally get a menu included.

I have 5 sec set.... this is because the smallest extra I had was a Deleted Scene with a runtime of 8 seconds... I don't want to check what Extras are on every BD and I don't want to miss anything... so it has got to be that low... but the side effect is that I get a lot of menus... If I can get makeMKV to auto uncheck the files without audio, it would save some time on a lot of BDs...

It can't be done automatically right now. I think that it is a good default to have - deselect all titles without audio tracks by default. Probably will be done in next version.

I like to have this feature, too.

In addition I like to have all titles unchecked that do not contain a specific audio language.
