I'm using MakeMKV from a small AutoIt script I've written to process multiple content folders in a row. Since a while, I'm required to install the beta key from http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053 to do this.

After updating to v1.9.6 today, starting the program with UI always asks me if I want to start the evaluation period, and my script doesn't work anymore, as it always pops up a dialog requesting me to start the program with UI first.

Any ideas?

I think it's a bug in makemkv.

Manually converting a title helps the program to really start the evaluation period. I remuxed a small title and it triggered the start of my 30 day evaluation period. Was able to use third party tools after that.

Not sure if the beta key would extend it beyond the 30 day evaluation. The beta key posted here did not work for me two days back. Could also mean a new third party tool restriction is probably being introduced in makemkv for free users.
