Transformers Rise of the beasts 4K not decoding

Hello All.
I've been using makeMKV successfully without fail for years now. This is the first 4K title I have had fail on me.
I've tried all the usual, clean the drive, reinstall software, restart ect but to no avail. So after around 10 attempts I am posting here to see if anyone else has had the same error:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc.
MakeMKV produced a dump file of which this is the log file below: The title is my own purchase. Any help would be most appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

OK so for those who might have a similar issue, after some searching through the forums and removing my bitdefender I discovered that it was an ISP issue.
I disconnected from my home internet connection and hooked up to my mobile hotspot.
Hey presto new hkdata was downloaded when I booted makeMKV, and the title has decrypted successfully.

"Transformers: The Movie" is a different title altogether to "Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts" (which is the subject of this thread).

However, I see you created another thread just after this here so I assume the question has been answered?
