Google and the forum search function are your friends. This topic has been discussed in a lot of detail for almost two years now. And in certain areas (DV) it's still on-going.

MKV container supports HDR10:

MKV container does NOT currently fully support DV playback:

MKV container and Dolby Atmos can sometimes be a hit and miss:

If you want the best of all worlds (availability to HDR10 + DV + DA) your best bet is to keep and playback off the FULL folder structure on a supported/compatible player that can play UHD BDs in this manner (e.g. OPPO-203/205):

If your color mapping is off, it may be something on your end. Provide further information so that forum members can help/advise if possible. (e.g. what's your setup? HTPC? What kind of software player being used? Standalone BD player like an Oppo? etc.)

Simply saying "it does not work properly" does not give us much to advise on. So, help us help you.

What are you using to play it back and check the colors? If using your PC, is it HDR capable? Are you using a HDR capable player?
Cheers :D
