King Kong UHD Bluray

Hello,
i have a problem with my King Kong UHD Disc. Makemkv won´t backup the disc. There are several mistakes on the log.txt
How can i make this work?
Please help

Probably a dirty disk; there are parts of it your drive cannot read. Cleaning will help.

i am sorry but i have cleaned the disc a few times now and it doesn´t help. it seems that the disc gets to a certain point and then stops

for me it looks like the drive couln´t read the stream 83 - but why and how can i clear that problem
