I have been using paid/licensed version of makemkv and today when i
tried ripping my own 'King Kong 4K disc', makemkv fails with attached
picture/error.
Immediately I tried all other old discs and all worked fine. Issue is
only with this new one that I bought
(https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/King-Kon ... ay/353082/).
Any idea please how to fix this issue?

I can't see your attachment; it didn't appear to attach.

But I'll guess that you got a key unknown error. You have to email the dump MakeMKV created to svq@makemkv.com.

emailed them the dump and so far no response. Is there really someone in makemkv to validate the dump & respond back to us?

They won't ever respond they will just add support usually takes around 2 weeks
