This movie has been out for several months. I'm surprised there isn't already a key for your disc. Are you sure your system is downloading the hashed keys? Are you getting the download HK disabled message or any other errors in the log?

Thank you for pointing me into this area. I have a registered / paid version of MakeMKV, I had internet access enabled. I had not had any troubles with any disc before. I would never have assumed there was a problem at my end...Now I enabled the extended log info. I found "DEBUG: Code 0 at wOavELqC2=E/?z0D:213132721" and with a search on this forum I could fix the not getting this file in some way.
Would be great to have a error message from the MAKEMKV program.
