I have two wh16ns60s both patched with the 1.02 MK firmware and both being accessed by a registered copy of makemkv. One is running on an Ubuntu 20.04 system and the other on 19.10. I have compiled and installed both from tarball. In both cases, if I press the cancel button they will after 30seconds or so get a fatal error and exit.

If you want logs or me to try something and reproduce, I would be happy to do so.

I've seen this also on Linux Mint 19.3. It's never really bothered me since I rarely cancel a rip so I haven't reported it. If wanted I'll reproduce the problem with logging turned on.
