MakeMKV 1.8.0 - Unable to open index.bdmv

Hi,

i cannot open index.bdmv files anymore (since version 1.7.x), iso's still work.

If i run MakeMKV in cli i don't get any error messages, gui doesn't spi out anything too.

there is no message at all. There is just happening nothing.
