Being unfamiliar w/ Zidoo in general, I did a quick search. My impression is that ISO playback seems to be hit, or miss, depending on release, Zidoo player model/FW version & less dependent on processing. There's certainly a lot of discussion available on the subject. I would suggest more research along those lines. YMMV

Thanks, I just didn't know if I should try changing any of these settings, like UDF 2.6 maybe?

Data Type: MODE1/2048
File System: UDF
UDF Revision: 2.50

Without knowing the specific player model #, FW version, etc. (missed it, if mentioned earlier) to determine format details, you might want to poke around Zidoo forums, or Support before further investigation. Considering the results of my last search, I would start by determining Zidoos specific requirements & then apply that to determining how to get there. Make sense?

Update:

I created a decrypted back of the disc in MakeMKV.

I sent the backup folder to a friend via dropbox.

He used ImgBurn to create an ISO with these settings:
Data Type: MODE1/2048
File System: UDF
UDF Revision: 2.50

When I play the ISO on the Zidoo, it says "Can't play video"

What should I try next?
Does it just work with the decrypted folder directly from makemkv it the same as iso basically but it's a folder
