Successes and Failures

I recently ripped all of my Blu-rays using MakeMKV and compressed them into a 1280xXXX Apple TV supported format using Handbrake. Here are my results.
MakeMKV + Handbrake, Success:

MakeMKV Success, Handbrake Failure:
V for Vendetta (Handbrake: No Valid Source Error)
The Dark Knight (Handbrake: Crashes at 0.73%)
MakeMKV Failure:
Cars (Frame rate sped up, distorted audio)
Ratatouille (Frame rate sped up, distorted audio)
Pixar Short Films (Distorted audio)
I hope this helps others and the makers of these programs. I'm so thankful for these pieces of software when they work successfully! If anyone has any feedback to correct these errors, that would be greatly appreciated.
