trouble with Crazy Heart

Shortly after the initial sequence, maybe about 300Mb worth, it stalls. The reading rate is 0.0x, and stays at this for a long time. I had to abort. What causes it, a new code?

Does the .m2ts file name change before/after the stall happens? One of my discs showed a similar behavior whenever MakeMKV switched over to the next .m2ts file (Main feature was split into several .m2ts files).
The resulting MKV played fine though.
