MakeMKV 1.10.8 and macOS High Sierra 10.13.1

Hello,

when I try to use the provided serial number for the beta version of MakeMKV, I get the warning message:

"Evaluation period has expired. Please purchase an activation key [etc.]".

If I re-enter the serial number, close the application and re-run it, I get this warning message instead:

"This application version is too old. Plese download the latest version [etc.]".

And the application quits.

Any workaround?

Thanks in advance :-)

This is because the beta key expired yesterday.

If you are not inclined to buy a permanent key, until Mike replaces the beta key you can start MakeMKV by setting your system date back to 11/27 or so, start MakeMKV, then put the date back to current.

OK, thanks. The thing is, I've downloaded MakeMKV 1.10.8 today, so I wasn't expecting that.

Probably no one expected it, since .8 was released just 12 days ago, but, apparently Mike didn't update the beta key at the same time.

So, how does one go about purchasing a permanent key?
