While MakeMKV is running, attempting to eject an audio CD from the Optiarc drive results in the icon disappearing from the desktop but the disc does not eject. If I try to eject via Disk Utility, then it says files are in use and cannot eject. I'm assuming MakeMKV has a lock on some files even though i have not selected that drive in MakeMKV. After i quit MakeMKV then i can go into Disk Utility, choose mount to make the CD icon reappear on the desktop, and then eject the disc as usual.
