Failure to save

While converting my copy of Willy Wonka, I find this happens, for no apparent reason:

Permissions are fine. Disk space is plenty fine. No idea why it won't save.

This is likely a physically damaged disc. To confirm, please install DASPI 1.2 (from this forum, not from MakeMKV package! ) and try again - with daspi you'll see fully decoded error messages.
