I have a issue when I reading a Blu-ray discs

I don't know what happening, if I read Blu-ray discs with have ACCS every thing is ok but if I read a Blu-ray discs without ACCS the progarm is do not anything, not error message, not thing working, just SCANING CD-ROM devices? anyone know why like that?

only open makemkv after your os sees the disc other wise sometimes it will get stuck loading
