Blu-ray scans fine but wont save

It worked fine for 4 Blu-rays now it scans, finds the titles but when i go to save it this is what it says and gets stuck.
(Streaming server started, web server address is http://10.0.0.15:51000 or http://localhost:51000
UPnP server enabled on address 10.0.0.15)
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work either. Any suggestions. I don't want to pay for it if it's not going to work. Thanks
