HDR10+ Playback Issues - Please Help

Morning Everybody.

I'm hoping someone can either help or shed some light on this issue that I've come across, as I've spent hours Googling and reading forums but to no luck. So I came across this forum and thought I've hit a dead end I need help.

I have a late 2019 Samsung Q60 TV that's compatible to play HDR10+.

Using an external HDD plugged into the TV's USB port, if I play a Remux HDR10+ mkv file the TV switches into HDR10+ mode and all good, however, if I play a rip of the Remux HDR10+ mkv file then the TV only plays in HDR10.

Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know exactly what is going on, but looking at the MediaInfo you posted, your rip is made with much older software.
