Burning a Season's Series

If I want to burn a season's series of a TV show's DVD, how can I set up the MKV program to burn the entire DVD, so I can select a specific episode from the copied MKV file?

MakeMKV does not author DVDs or BDs. You need special software for that (some of which is available for free), that accepts MKV files as input.
