Good Time (2017) Blu-Ray track obfuscation

Anyone know the correct .mpls (or at least segment map) for the movie Good Time?
Also, I'd love to be able to determine correct segment maps myself. I've seen various instructions for how to do this, but can never quite follow it enough to really know what I'm doing. Anyone know any good tutorials?
