Crank (2006) DVD by Lionsgate missing first chapter fix

If you are having any issues with tricky DVD authoring protection that (apparently) older Lionsgate DVDs can sometimes have, I was able to determine the manual disk access recipe that will extract the full main title, including the opening credits and first scene.
If you have not done so already, setup your preference in MakeMKV to advanced and restart the application.
Check the checkbox to open the disk manually and use the following recipe to get the whole main title, plus a hidden scene after the main credits.
1:@11,@32,@33-@56
This will extract the full movie length of 1:27:28 with 25 chapters, instead of the 24 that are detected on automatic.
